My Spaghetti Sauce

This is the recipe card for my Spaghetti Sauce

The ingredients are

1 tablespoon of parsley

1 tablespoon of oregano

1 tablespoon of basil

6 cloves of garlic — crushed

Fry all ingredients 3 tablespoons of olive oil until garlic tender

Add  2 cans tomatoes (liquidized)

1/2 can tomato puree

1 can water

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer slowly for 5 hours.  Best if made day before or longer, allowed to sit in refrigerator or freeze to use later.  Taste improves with time.
