Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkiin 1988PUMPKIN BREAD

4 eggs

3 cups sugar

1 cup oil

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt (I always use much less as in 1/2 tsp at most)

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon ( I often put in 2 tsp)

1 tsp ginger ( I use extra 1/2 tsp)

1 tsp nutmeg (use 1/2 tsp more)

1 tsp cloves (use 1/4 tsp more)

3 1/2 cups flour

2/3 cup water

2 cups canned pumpkin

Combine eggs, sugar and oil and beat well.  Add all other ingredients and mix together.  Pour into 3 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
